Loved the organic breakfast buffet. It's such a joy to start the day with healthy and delicious food. The surrounding parks provide a nice escape from the city hustle.

Gorgeous hotel in a nice building with exceptionally good views of the town below. Bright and extremely spacious rooms, courteous staff with great customer service. Great location just off the old town centre in a nice enough area. Honestly no complains at all.

My room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good price, exceptionally clean and spacious with a good breakfast selection. Very close to the old historical town and some nice restaurants and pubs. Has an old working water wheel attached which generates electricity. For smokers, there is a smoking lounge and an outside terrace for breakfast if desired. Stopped overnight on car trip from uk to Italy and also on return journey. Would definitely use again but hope to spend a little more time to take in the "Olde Worlde" charm of Esslingen.

The hotel has no parking spaces but there is a manned 24 hour parking garage close by with reasonable rates.

Had a real good stay for a night and would want to stay there again. The first 3 star hotel where everything was very good and clean. The location was magnificent and perfect; greatly enjoyed being 4-6 minutes walking distance from a historic castle. And it was nestled not far from a train station. The room was modern and neat, had smoke detectors for the safety.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Esslingen that was conveniently located and offered a beautiful view of the river and park. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had ample space and the breakfast provided a variety of options. Despite the lack of coffee facilities in the room, there was always coffee available in the reception area. The hotel was just a few minutes' walk away from the charming old town, with its lovely buildings and restaurants. The bus from the airport was also easily accessible. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location and comfortable accommodations.

A kettle in the room with some teabags and condiments and having one more small low table for things would be good.

The hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with extraordinary GREAT beds. The location is fantastic, with a view of the river and small park. The breakfast, included in the price, is served on the water and offers absolutely exceptional breads.

right in the heart of beautiful Esslingen; easy to walk to everything. Delicious breakfast, including many whole foods choices; nice atmosphere throughout; smokers have places to use outside; beautifully restored historic building. Swimming pool right around the corner. I also liked the 'green' features to preserve energy. Great staff!, all of them- always a smile and helpful, too

everything about the hotel itself is fabulous. And the location is really marvelous, but be aware that the Technische Hochschule, a disco and Kino are right there and it can get very loud.

Stayed here and loved it! You get extraordinary GREAT beds and the breakfast on the water with absolutely exceptional breads included is simply amazing. Plus, the hotel is located just outside the main downtown shopping area, on university campus, and in a very ideal area.

Really clean, quite new. Very friendly staff. All nesessary things, simple but honest. Very good value for money. We found pretty easily free parking place around.

The hotel was conveniently located, being just a few minutes' walk from both the river and the old city center, making it perfect for exploring. The room was clean and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and a great view of the surrounding area. The breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day.

The lack of designated parking was a bit of a hassle and made it difficult to unload our luggage upon arrival.

The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to the train station and lots of great restaurants. We also appreciated the free breakfast and the fact that it was made with locally sourced ingredients.

The service at the hotel left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested in helping us with anything, and we had to ask repeatedly for basic amenities like towels and extra blankets.
